Skip the line and renew your driver’s license (DL) or identification (ID) card online.
Before you start, make sure your address is up to date. If you need to change your address, do so at least 3 days before you begin your renewal application.
You should receive your new DL/ID card in the mail within two to four weeks. If you have not received your DL/ID card after 60 days, check your status online.
